Create an Account

Start your application by creating an account. To create an account, provide a personal email address and select a verification option. If you have a Social Security number, select "I have a SSN." If you do not have a Social Security number, you may use a valid government-issued ID to verify your identity by selecting "I do not have a SSN." If you do not have either, select "I do not have a SSN or government ID."
